These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlipMate, a social peer-to-peer coin-flip game. By creating an account or using FlipMate, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in games of chance involving real-money-linked rewards in your jurisdiction to use FlipMate. Each person may hold only one account.
Reward Points are FlipMate's in-app currency used to stake and win games. RP can be purchased at a rate of 1 RP = ₦1, and withdrawn at a rate of 1 RP = ₦0.95. RP has no value outside FlipMate and is not legal tender.
New accounts require a one-time activation payment of 1,500 RP. Of this, 500 RP is credited to your wallet balance and 1,000 RP is a non-refundable registration fee. Activation is required once per account before you can create games, join games, or withdraw funds.
To create a game, you stake one of the fixed amounts offered in the app and choose the winning side (Heads or Tails). Games may be made public or protected with a PIN, and shared using a unique game code. Anyone who loads your game may guess a side to play against your stake.
A 10% fee is deducted from the winning amount of every game. The remaining balance is credited to the winner's Reward Points balance instantly.
Only the withdrawable portion of your Reward Points balance (generally, winnings) may be exchanged for fiat currency via bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and standard processing times.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, collude with other players, use multiple accounts, or attempt to manipulate game outcomes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
FlipMate involves staking Reward Points that carry real monetary value. Please play responsibly and only stake what you can afford. If you feel you need help managing your play, please stop and seek support.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law, with or without notice.
FlipMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outcomes of coin-flip games are random, and results are final once determined.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlipMate after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
